Email kai.app.support@gmail.com or use the support form in the app. Include the feature, time of the issue, and a screenshot if helpful. Do not include passwords, verification codes, or full payment details.
Create an account or recover your password
Choose Create Account on the sign-in screen, enter a username, email, and password, then enter the six-digit code sent to your email. If you forget your password, use Forgot Password with your username and verified email. You can change your recovery email in Settings by entering your current password and verifying the new email.
Record and review transactions
Create a ledger, then add income or expenses manually. For AI receipt or transaction-list recognition, choose an image or take a photo, then check the date, items, category, currency, and total before confirming. AI results are drafts until you save them.
Synchronization and backups
Transactions are saved on your device first. Connected ledgers attempt to sync after saving. You can also open Sync and Backup and sync manually. Upload pending changes before downloading cloud data. Export backups when needed.
AI allowances
The app, website, and linked LINE account share allowances. Each photo uses one photo request; AI text assistance and assistant questions are counted separately. Manual entry, ordinary text rules, queries, statistics, and QR decoding without AI do not use AI allowances. See your current balance and available options on the plan page.
Plans and purchases
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. Personal, Duo, and Family subscriptions are available monthly or yearly. Family supports up to 5 people. The App Store purchase sheet shows the actual price and currency. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Use Restore Purchases with the Mony Planet account originally linked to your subscription.
Shared ledgers
The owner invites members and sets access permissions. Check the payer and split participants when confirming an expense. Leaving a shared ledger removes your access; historical shared records may remain for the other members.
LINE quick entry
Our official LINE account is @202ftffb. Obtain a linking code from the signed-in app or website, then send the exact linking command shown. LINE commands currently use Traditional Chinese. The illustrated LINE guide lists the supported command syntax.
- 帳本: list ledgers and their fixed shortcuts.
- @03 Lunch 120: prepare an entry in ledger @03; review the preview and confirm.
- @03 辨識: select ledger @03 for the next batch of receipt photos.
- 今天, 本週, 本月: view today's, this week's, or this month's records.
- 解除綁定: unlink your LINE account.
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your account from your profile in the app. See account deletion instructions for details and help if you cannot sign in.
